Plain-language summaries below; the signed versions are attached to your order form and take precedence.
Accounts are billed monthly in arrears against metered usage. Either side may terminate with 30 days' notice; we do not lock output behind an exit fee, and you can pull your stored renditions over the API at any time during the notice period.
You are responsible for holding the rights to what you ingest. We do not inspect content except where a court order or a valid takedown notice requires it.
We process account data (name, work email, billing details) to run the service, and operational telemetry (channel IDs, byte counts, error codes) to keep it up. Viewer IP addresses appear in origin logs and are retained for 14 days for abuse handling, then deleted.
We do not sell data and do not run third-party analytics on this site.
For customer content we act as processor; you remain controller. Processing takes place in the EU (Poland, Germany, the Netherlands). Sub-processors are listed in the DPA annex and customers are notified 30 days before any addition.
