WAW Media grew out of a contract engineering team that spent four years keeping other people's live pipelines alive. The same failures kept coming back — a contribution link flapping at 3am, a ladder nobody had re-tuned since launch, an origin that buckled the moment a stream got popular. In 2022 we stopped fixing those one customer at a time and built the platform instead.
